1. Create your text, and add a stroke of black to it. You can access the area where we perform the actions on the text by double clicking on the text layer. The font I used is Magistral Black.

2. Add a Gradient Overlay to your text, i chose to make it teal to white.

3. Add a Bevel/Emboss.

4. Add a slight Drop Shadow at a low opacity.
